Data Deletion

This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of your data from Aiobook systems, what happens after we receive a valid request, and how records may still be retained in our database where required for government, legal, or regulatory purposes.

1. To request deletion of your data, email us at datadeletetion@aiobook.com.
2. Please include your full name, the registered email address associated with your account or inquiry, and a short description of the data you want deleted (for example: contact form submission, newsletter signup, app login, or Facebook/Instagram connected account).
3. The deletion request should be sent from the same registered email address so we can verify ownership before processing.
4. We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request so that we do not delete another person's information by mistake.

After a verified request, your data will be deleted from the live system. This means it will no longer be available in active applications, customer-facing accounts, operational dashboards, or day-to-day business workflows.

1. A copy of relevant records may still be kept in the database for government issues, legal claims, investigations, audits, and other compliance obligations under applicable law.
2. Such retained records are not used for marketing, product features, or ordinary business operations. Access is limited to authorised personnel where required by law or a competent authority.
3. Retention in the database does not mean your account or profile remains active in the system.

After we receive all required information and verify the request from the same registered email address, we aim to complete system deletion within 5-7 business days. If additional details are needed, this timeline starts after complete verification information is received.
